About Me

From the shop floor to the data layer.

I'm Hammad - a Microsoft-certified Power BI consultant and Lead BI Developer at Trafford Council. My background is unusual: I spent over a decade leading high-performing teams as a Store Manager before moving fully into data and analytics. That operational experience shapes everything I build.

I don't just deliver dashboards. I understand what it's like to make decisions under pressure with incomplete information - and I build reporting solutions that change that. Whether it's a council monitoring resident demand in real time, or a national retailer optimising workforce costs across 600+ stores, the goal is always the same: clarity that drives action.

I hold an MBA from Coventry University, a B.Sc (Hons.) in Computer Science, and Microsoft certifications in Power BI (PL-300) and Power Platform (PL-900). I'm also a School Governor at Northwood Primary and a member of the Moving Ahead 30% Mentor Club - because I believe data literacy should reach everyone.
